August 2026 | Ceramedix, Inc. Assessed “Awardable” for DARPA ERIS Marketplace

August 5, 2026 – Ceramedix, Inc., a biotechnology company developing first-in-class anti-ceramide antibody therapeutics to treat diseases of the microvasculature, announced that it has achieved “awardable” status through DARPA Expedited Research Innovation System (ERIS) Marketplace.

Ceramedix’s solutions are designed to treat disease by preserving the microvasculature through disruption of endothelial cell death signaling.

Ceramedix’s video, “A Radiation Medical Countermeasure to Enhance U.S. Operational Resilience: Targeting Lethal Radiation-Induced GI Injury (GI-ARS)”, accessible only by government customers with a .mil email address on the DARPA ERIS Marketplace, presents an actual use case in which the company demonstrates the potential of its lead anti-ceramide antibody candidate as an emergency medical countermeasure for the treatment of gastrointestinal acute radiation syndrome (GI-ARS), a potentially lethal consequence of high-dose radiation exposure.

Government customers interested in viewing the video solution can create an ERIS Marketplace account at www.darpaconnect.us/eris.
